Brussels, September 30, 2025 – On the eve of the EU Hydrogen Week 2025, DVGW, together with READY4H2 and ERIG, hosted an exclusive GetTogether at Au Bassin Café. Under the theme “The Hydrogen Backbone and beyond”, the evening offered a compelling mix of expert insights, real-world applications, and vibrant networking.

The evening began with opening remarks from Dr. Gerald Linke, CEO of DVGW, highlighting hydrogen’s pivotal role in Europe’s energy transition. Bart Vogelsang, READY4H2, followed with a presentation on the EU DSO Heat Map. A standout moment came from Hans Rasmusson, Secretary General of ERIG, who showcased three real-world hydrogen use cases—offering a tangible glimpse into the future of energy systems.

From September 29 to October 3, 2025, the Square-Brussels Meeting Centre became the hub of Europe’s hydrogen community. The EU Hydrogen Week featured high-level policy conferences, B2B forums, innovation hubs, and numerous side events. ERIG actively participated, presenting projects such as DELHyVEHR, NaVHYS, HEAVENN, and Hy2Market.
