Publications – Test
Public content, generated throughout the project such as deliverables, presentations, reports and publications, will be hosted in this section.
The objective of the present deliverable report is to give a first overview on the current existing European regulations, standardisation and certification (RSC) and testing methods concerning the allowed hydrogen concentrations and gas quality requirements on regards of hydrogen in the transmission gas system.
With the focus on infrastructure, european legal, and technical framework, european sector initiatives, certification and national frameworks the final review on barriers, enablers, and innovations of hydrogen compitability in high-pressure grids is now elaborated.
The report „Baseline and case studies definition“ aims to develop the basics which are of fundamental importance for the further tasks in work package 5 of the HIGGS project. The report is divided into three main chapters.
Deliverable D4.2 gathers the results obtained in the different tests performed during the first and second experimental campaigns, carried out in the R&D testing platform built in WP3 at Fundación Hidrógeno Aragón (FHA).
D5.3 reveals that large scale hydrogen separation costs can be decreased to 13,812 €/m2, which is 37% lower than lab scale separation.
Green hydrogen is a renewable gas that can help to reach the goal of decarbonizing the energy sector. The use of the natural gas grid for seasonal storage and transport of hydrogen needs previous assessment of its tolerance, ensuring safe and viable operation.
This report focused on the evaluation of results and compilation of recommendations for a future gas grid. The report proposes four possible gas grids characterized by H2 content and the need for separation.
Deliverable D4.3 gathers the results obtained in the different tests performed during the 2nd and 3rd experimental campaigns, carried out in the R&D testing platform built in WP3 at Fundación Hidrógeno Aragón (FHA).
The main goal of D6.1 is completing the work already started in WP2 about the state-of-art of the European transport grid infrastructure, as well as reporting the main achievements of task 6.1 in WP6.
The European Union has clearly identified hydrogen as an important building block in the new EU-wide energy and raw materials strategy and has set a decisive course for the production of hydrogen in Europe, its import into Europe and the development and use of a suitable hydrogen infrastructure.
The HIGGS project kick-off meeting in Aragon Hydrogen Foundation (Huesca, Spain) in January 2020 was less than four years ago, but the world has changed a lot since then.
The HIGGS Project Brochure summarizes the most important results and experiences made during the HIGGS project. It includes main outcomes and links to reports, publications and deliverables.
As a Project taking part in the Open Research Data Pilot, HIGGS intends to develop a Data Management Plan (DMP), the first draft being the present document and to be updated during the project lifetime.
The communication and awareness plan defines the communication strategy and tools to be developed and used towards a successful dissemination of the Project and its results.

In the MefHySto brochure you find a summary of the most important results and experiences made during the MefHySto project.
The present document summarises the communication and awareness plans in its previous versions and the methodology, target groups, communication channels and dissemination activities through-out the course of the HIGGS project and what is planned beyond the project lifetime.
